Tina was awesome! I can confidently say it offers some of the best Pho I've ever tasted. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices. Stopped in late for a bowl of pho and damn it was good! Plenty of fresh herbs, huge pieces actually tender chicken. The lady serving was On her own but friendly and efficient. I think I liked it more than tango. Will return!
The only place I know that serves lemongrass beef Banh mi in Portland. Simple strip mall when inside they have seating but maybe more of a to go place. The lemongrass was super tender decent seasoning. It has some heat with fresh carrots and cucumbers lots of cilantro. Friendly service with a smile sit where they might want you to sit. Greeted the other customers as they left both parties were satisfied. Over great little spot I come here for the lemongrass beef! Banh mi. Amazed by the thick tender beef in the banh mi the person behind the counter said they pay more to have this particular tender beef. They also have vermicelli dishes, rice and pho. I will be back again for the beef lemongrass banh mi, if life allows!
Plenty of tables. Clean space. Bottles of condiments not messy. Service very good. Proportions good. Lemongrass marinade was not strong enough to taste like lemongrass. Food was still delicious though. Wished the music wasn't so generic and loud.

I usuay order the vermicelli bowls here and the veggies are fresh and the meat is flavorful. The interior is modern and clean and food service is always quick. Their prices are a little on the high side for a noodle bowl - $15.50 for the vermicelli bowl and their spring rolls are expensive for two small rolls. But the food is consistent and tasty
